My story
I started as the quality analyst at small shops, running the system on spreadsheets.
I built an NCR tracker in Excel and a CAPA database in Access, because nothing fit a shop our size. Since then I've spent 27 years as a quality engineer in aerospace and medical devices, at General Dynamics / Gulfstream, Cardinal Health, Henry Schein and Marmon-Keystone, with EAR and ITAR experience along the way.
In 2018 I asked other quality people what they wanted in a QMS and wrote down the plan. Norma is that plan, finished. That's why my assessment fixes what you have before it would ever sell you something new.
